I completely understand that a person cannot be convicted of a crime if there is room for reasonable doubt. I understand that they didn't have concrete evidence (DNA, etc.) to prove that Caylee Anthony's mother was the killer of this innocent child. But, on the other hand, they didn't have proof that anyone else did it either. Now, to me, based on what they DID know, including taking her actions into consideration, that right there says alot. IF that baby had drowned in the pool, when this MOTHER should be grieving, WHY was she out partying and living it up and even went so far as to get a tattoo that reads "beautiful life" in Italian? If your child just DIED, would you consider that a beautiful life?
It just completely baffles me beyond words, that if nothing else, this crazy woman was not AT LEAST found guilty of child abuse/neglect. Even had she been "innocent" and really didn't know where her child was, the simple act of not reporting her missing for a month and also living life completely normal, is child abuse in itself.
I will never understand how these things happen. But what I do know, is one of these days, when Casey Anthony stands in front of her maker, her REAL judgement will set her straight once and for all. Will she be able to look Him in the eye?
R.I.P. sweet Caylee Anthony
